I've ordered from the restaurant via Uber eats a few years ago and was satisfied each time. Today I got the ribs with mac & cheese and potato salad as my sides. Also got a blueberry raspberry lemonade. Serving size was worth the cost but the food was very disappointing. The Mac & cheese looked & tasted horrible. The potato salad was tasty but it had no firmness, consistency was like potato salad. The ribs tasted good but they were tough as hell! Not falling off the bone like I remembered. Then this so called lemonade was just disgusting!! Literally sugar water with kool-aid, no lemon taste detected. This piece of cornbread was the insult to injury!! This clearly was not cooked in store and tasted like those supermarket Little bite muffins. These ribs definitely weren't cooked fresh today, just leftovers with sauce poured on. Never again!!

Everything was amazing except the amount you get. The people are amazing, but for $40 we were extremely disappointed. The picture was the unbagging. The fry containers were about 30% filled. The burger was very small and so was the brisket sandwich. The taste and service was very good, but if I spend $40 on lunch I’d like to be full.

The ribs we ordered tasted like it went bad before they cooked it! This isn’t my first time ordering from them and I thought it might have been me tripping because I’m funny about my food but no it’s KBs the food isn’t good to eat you will get sick! We ordered Wings and ribs, fish and french fries, baked macaroni and cheese two orders and a salmon plate. My brother eats anything I smelled the sour smell when I open the container of food. I will never eat from here again I’m calling the heath inspector to go check there kitchen this is horrible! It was too late for me to call and say anything but I knew I was writing a review for others to know my thoughts on this nasty place . I put my food on the plate, but this is my platter and it was disgusting! I spent 60 something dollars on my order

KB’s BBQ Smokehouse absolutely deserves the hype. The brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender, with smoky flavor, and clearly cooked with care. The macaroni and cheese was rich, creamy, and downright addictive, and the greens were perfectly seasoned—comfort food done right. Even though it’s takeout only, the atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming, the kind of place that makes you excited to dig in the moment you get your food. Despite being busy with orders, the staff stayed pleasant, efficient, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking for top-tier BBQ with amazing sides and friendly service, KB’s BBQ Smokehouse is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back.

Normally don’t do bad reviews, but first and last time I’m ordering from here. I was very excited to try a new restaurant and didn’t want to believe the bad reviews. Unfortunately, this place lived up to those reviews and ruined the experience of trying a new spot to eat at. The Mac and cheese I ordered came with plastic COOKED and mixed into it. I also ordered the catfish platter and the batter for the catfish was UNDERCOOKED. We also ordered a Watermelon Mint Lemonade and it was just PURE sugar. I’ve grown up making my own Kool Aid and Sweet Tea, but this was just sugar water with red food coloring. Then, I had the Double Chocolate Cake and it tasted like the packaging it was in. Lastly, the fries in the Loaded Pulled Pork Fries were also UNDERCOOKED!!! When we called on the phone the guy on the other line sounded like he was FAKE CONCERNED and when we told him about the plastic he said “SOMETIMES THAT HAPPENS”. No type of apology, acknowledgement, or accountability. There’s no type of quality control at this restaurant and it shows in their food and staff. PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS.
